Can I avoid paying a teardown fee?

If your budget won’t support a teardown fee there are a couple of ways to avoid paying one for your event.  We can strategically choose only items that don’t require framework that we’ll need to come back for.  These items include marquee’s, helium bouquets, floating pool decor, some types of yard art,  some centerpieces, and some custom sculptures.  

Alternatively, in some cases you can opt to pay a refundable teardown deposit instead. In these cases you would be responsible to take down the decorations after your event and return any framework used to our location within one week of your event. Provided that all framework is returned to our location undamaged within one week of your event we will gladly refund your teardown deposit. To use this option we also require a credit card and authorization to charge it full replacement costs for any items that are damaged or not returned.  If you think you’d like to use this option please let us know when you place your order so we can make sure it will be a good fit for your event.
